Welcome to Action on Elder Abuse Scotland

Action on Elder Abuse (AEA) Scotland works to protect older people from harm, abuse and neglect. We support those experiencing (or at risk of) harm, as well as raising awareness and advocating effective prevention.

We’re part of the UK-wide organisation, Action on Elder Abuse - the only charity in the UK working on this issue exclusively today.

We're looking for volunteers - find out more!

"On behalf of my dad and family, we would just like to say thank you for pointing me towards AEA Scotland. They have given our family such support at a time when we felt helpless"

Just some of the feedback from one of our Helpline callers - our Helpline really makes a difference to the lives of older people!
