Training We recognise that good quality training can reduce the potential for
abuse by careworkers and by others, and there is good research to indicate that training, when coupled to appropriate staffing levels,
can improve the quality of care provided in institutions and by domiciliary
care staff. Courses can be structured according to your needs, can be used as part of induction programmes or refresher sessions and may be structured to fit over one or several days. Learning methods can include handouts, lectures, group discussion, information sharing and small group activities. We will organise bespoke training for organisations or groups. To discuss these options please email or telephone 020 8835 9280 and ask for Emma Aldridge.
