10k run
During it's brief five year history, the
annual British 10k London Run has quickly grown to become the third most
significant mass participation road race in the UK. It is staged on the
world's greatest route, which no other road race over any distance can
match. The race
route passes many of London's most famous historic landmarks, and is run
on some of the most famous street names in the world!
The race has played host to some of the finest athletes
from the world of middle and long distance running, and many celebrities
have run the race to raise money for their chosen charities. Alongside these
famous faces, many thousands of runners from all over the UK and overseas
compete, including teams from hundreds of UK charities.
So, come
join the Action on Elder Abuse team in the British 10k 2007. Taking in some of central
London’s most remarkable landmarks, the British 10k is one of the country’s
most enjoyable races. With over
25,000 runners, a festive atmosphere and crowds cheering you in the streets,
2007 promises to be the biggest and best event yet!
